Mueller Drogérie Slovensko s. r. o., Company ID No.: 56 354 231, with its registered office at Vajnorská 100A, 831 04 Bratislava – mestská časť Nové Mesto (hereinafter referred to as the “operator”) is committed to making its website https://www.mueller.sk/ and the Müller mobile app in accordance with Act No. 351/2022 Z. z. on the accessibility of products and services for persons with disabilities and on amendments to certain acts (hereinafter “Act No. 351/2022”), which transposes into Slovak law Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 17, 2019, on the accessibility requirements for products and services.

The website https://www.mueller.sk/ and the Müller mobile app allow you to browse the company’s products and sales promotions and (once the service is launched) to purchase products online.

Based on an internal assessment of compliance with accessibility requirements under Act No. 351/2022 and Government Regulation No. 283/2023 Z. z., which establishes accessibility requirements for services for persons with disabilities, the functionality criteria and the criteria for assessing undue burden, and in accordance with the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Version 2.1, Level AA, our website and mobile app are partially accessible due to the non-conformities listed below.

The following elements do not yet fully meet accessibility requirements:

• Some images do not have text alternatives
• Some interactive elements cannot be optimally controlled using only the keyboard
• Some e-mails and attached files are not fully accessible
• Color contrast is insufficient in some areas
• Some videos lack captions, transcripts, or appropriate audio descriptions

The elements listed are not fully compliant due to technical limitations and ongoing system updates.

We are actively working to identify and remove barriers. We continuously conduct internal testing of our website and mobile app to improve their accessibility. New content and features are also internally tested and implemented in accordance with applicable accessibility requirements. 

We also integrate third-party content and services into our website. Although we take the utmost care to ensure accessibility in these cases, we cannot fully guarantee the accessibility of this content. Our company does not guarantee the accessibility of other websites to which it links, in accordance with the law.
